In this article, I’ll explain you THE EASIEST WAY how you can get your website’s pages and content crawled INSTANTLY

YES…as you read it INSTANTLY

How?

PRETTY SIMPLE…

That’s going to be through something called “GOOGLE API INDEXING”…

NEVER heard about it?

Keep reading and I’ll explain you…

What is Google API Indexing?

I would define the Google API Indexing as the fastest most efficient way to get your content indexed.

What will you gain from that?

ACTUALLY alot…

So many benefits such as:

Helping you rank faster ESPECIALLY for time-sensitive content

Increasing your chances of outranking your competitors

Keeping your search results up-to-date and thus driving higher-quality user traffic

Pretty interesting, isn’t it?

Let’s NOW cut to the chase and show you how to proceed…

To activate Google API indexing…

You’ll need to follow the NEXT three SIMPLE steps…

And for this, we’ll be using these three following tools:

  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Google Search Console
  • Instant Indexing Plugin

So, let’s get down to business…

First step- Head to Google Cloud Platform

NB : Our final goal here will be to help you generate your API key…

The first thing we’ll start with will be to create something called an Indexing API Project…

Nothing complicated GUYS

I’ll show you how the EASIEST WAY…

Ready?

So let’s go!

Head to Google Cloud Platform and sign in with your email address…

Choose your country → agree to the “Terms of service” → click “AGREE AND CONTINUE

→ Click “CREATE PROJECT

In this next page…

Give a name to the project → click “CREATE

After this → click “NEXT

Then “ENABLE

Is everything fine till here?

Let’s continue…

Now, we’ll create something called a “Service Account ID

Don’t worry, this is simple too…

So, let’s go ahead…

After having clicked that “ENABLE” button, you’ll land on the following page to select the project you have created → click on it…

After selecting the project, you’ll land on this page…

→ Click “CREATE SERVICE ACCOUNT

On this page here…

Give a name and description to the created service account.

Then, copy your “service account ID” as you’ll need it later → click “DONE

On this next page, click “Actions” → click “Manage keys

You’ll land on the following page…

Click “ADD KEY” → click “Create new key

Choose the default JSON format and click “CREATE

After hitting that “CREATE” button…

The .json file will be downloaded automatically to your browser…

And that’s it!

Congrats…

You have created your API key and marked SUCCESSFULLY the end of this first step!

Let’s now proceed to the 2nd…

Second Step – Head to Google Search Console

NB : Our final goal here will be to help you add your Service Account ID as an owner to your Google Search Console…

To do so…

VERY SIMPLE…

We’ll need the “Service Account ID” you have generated in previous step…

Do you remember when I told you to copy that service account ID as you would need it later?

Well, now comes the time for it…

Also, you must have your website ALREADY registred and verified with Google Search Console.

In case you have NOT done it yet…

Just follow my guide here where I explain in details how you can do it!

If everything is fine now, let’s get down to business…

Head to Google Search Console Platform → click “Start Now” and then sign in with your email address…

Once on your GSC dashboard, do the following:

1 – Select your property (Your website Url)

2 – Scroll a little bit down to the left side and click “Settings”

3 – Click “Users and permissions”

Once you click “Users and permissions“…

You’ll land on the following page → click “ADD USER

After clicking “ADD USER“…

Go ahead and paste your “service account ID” in the email address section → choose “Owner” as permission → click “ADD

Upon clicking that “ADD” button…

Your service account ID will be added in your GSC

And that’s it…

You got now your service account ID listed as a new owner in your GSC and thus have SUCCESSFULLY marked the end for this 2nd step!

Let’s now proceed to the 3rd and LAST step in our guide here…

Third Step – Head to Instant Indexing Plugin on Your WordPress

NB : Our final goal here will be to help you insert your API key in the plugin settings

Nothing complicated too…

To begin with, you’ll need to make sure you have successfully installed and activated the Instant Indexing Plugin on your WordPress…

To do so…

Head to “Add plugins” section on your WordPress dashboard…

→ Type in “Instant Indexing” → click “Install now” → click “activate“…

After having activated the plugin…

Navigate to Rank Math to be found on the left site of your WordPress dashboard → click “Instant Indexing

Upon clicking “Instant Indexing“, you’ll land on the following…

Under the Google API Settings section, paste in the content of your JSON file or just upload it in there…

Once finished → Click “Save Changes

And you are almost done…

All you have to do now is to start submitting your articles for instant indexing…

You can do this two different ways…

Either under “Console” tab…

Or from your WordPress posts section…

And that’s it!

By submitting your first article for instant indexing to Google, you mark SUCCESSFULLY the end of this third step and thus the end of our guide for today…

You’ll see GUYS that your content is indexed in a matter of minutes right after hitting “Send to API” or clicking that “Instant Indexing Submit” under your WordPress posts section…

In case it’s NOT, you should maybe check your website for any blocking issues to Googlebots

FINALLY, I hope you GUYS so enjoyed my guide and haven’t found it any complicated to follow…
